What is a storefront and what do I need it for?

Think of it as the storefront of a creator business that includes all products and services that a creator wants to offer to potential partners. For Passionfroot this is includes a Sponsored Ad and a Classified Ad for the Filtered Fridays newsletter, as well as Pre-, Mid-, and Post-roll Ads for the Creators on Air podcast.

What information can I show on my storefront?

As a creator, you can show the following information on your Passionfroot storefront:

  • Your name
  • Your tagline
  • Your social media links
  • Your products by channel, i.e. which technology platform you offer the product on
Who can see my Passionfroot storefront?

Everyone you share the storefront link with can also see your Passionfroot storefront.

How can I share my Passionfroot storefront?

You can simply share the URL of your Passionfroot storefront.

Who should I contact if I want to make changes to my Passionfroot storefront?

There are three ways to get in touch with support at Passionfroot:

What do I see in my Passionfroot workspace?

Through the left sidebar you currently can access Openings and Payments


On the openings view you can see all openings of your products sorted by date. You will be able to see the current status of the request, i.e. “available” or “booked”, the channel and the product name, the requesting company, the stage of the collaboration and the price of the product.



You will be able to track all payments of your collaborations through Passionfroot. Simply connect to your Stripe account and let the magic unfold.

Before activation

After activation

Once activated you will be able to access your Stripe account from the workspace. You can both see the Payment dashboard and edit the business settings.

How do I send reminders to a partner to collect the details for the ad copy?

If the partner doesn’t follow up quickly enough, you will be able to send reminders directly from the request page. Here too, you will be able to adjust the reminder message as you like.

How do I propose a copy to a partner?

Once the partner sends the creative briefing, you can propose a copy to the partner.

I don’t need approval of the copy from my partners. How do I skip copy review?

When your collaboration is in “Prepare copy” status, you have the option to skip the next steps entirely, and and finalize the collaboration immediately.

Your Partner won’t receive a copy proposal anymore and you keep full control of your content!


How does the partner provide the creative assets or respond to me?

The partner will not have to log in to Passionfroot to provide assets or respond to the creator throughout the collaboration process. This will all be handled seamlessly via mail.

How do I block/unblock openings?

You can simply block/unblock openings by clicking on the three dots (”meatball menu”) at the very right of each opening.

How large do pictures have to be for the asset collection step?

We usually work with images that are 1400*700 large. If you want to collect and work with a different size, let us know and we will adjust the asset collection for you.


How do I enable Payments?

You have two choices, either we set Payments up during our on-boarding call or you do it yourself thereafter. In any case you need the documents summarized here for the entire verification process in case you open a new Stripe account through Passionfroot. If you already have one, you can simply connect Passionfroot with it.

Usually, accounts are automatically enabled to on-board to Stripe. In case payments is not enabled for your account, talk to us and we can take care of that. If the account is enabled, this is how the (usual) process looks like:

  1. Click on Payments
  2. Insert e-mail address and phone number
  3. Insert OTP from Stripe
  4. Select country and type of business
  5. Verify personal details (Legal name of person, E-mail address, date of birth, home address, phone number)
  6. Tell more about your business
  7. Select an account for payouts (Currency, country of bank account, IBAN)
  8. ID Verification (check Stripe for eligible documents)
When do I get paid?

In case we pay you out via Stripe then you set the payout time. In case we pay you out via PayPal you will get paid at the end of each month.

How do I get paid?

You will get paid through Stripe or by us directly and we provide the credit notes (i.e. the paper work) to you.

How do you account for taxes at Passionfroot?

We have heard it a 1000 times and we know the hassle with taxes. We’ve got you covered - we are eager to make any kind of invoice or credit note ready for proper reporting. Reach out to us and we will let you know how you can set your invoices correctly based on most recent legislation.

How does invoicing work with Passionfroot?

We give you the tools to create all invoices correctly taking into account the external partner’s local jurisdiction and send them out accordingly.

How does Passionfroot make money?

Passionfroot currently charges a 5% service fee to the partner that includes mainly payment processing fees at this point of time.
